The German Company, Carl Sayse, came to the University of Dohuk to meet with health professionals such as Dr. Abdulla Saeed, General Director of Health, Dr. Hassan Amin, Vice-President for Scientific Affairs, and representatives of the university to offer their newest technology in the field of medical laboratory equipment. Carl Sayse is well known in the field of laboratory equipment and modern microscopes, especially those used in the field of medical research. The purpose of this visit was to market their equipment in Dohuk Governorate.



Efforts to market their modern scientific equipment for medical laboratories in the Kurdistan Region have been exhausted. According to Mr. Ayad, Carl Sayse company representative in Iraq, the company's marking plan is to sign contracts in Dohuk, especially with the university and the Directorate of Health.



Contracts have already been completed with Sulaimani and Erbil to provide the Medical Research Center and other scientific institutions with equipment such as the Electronic CT Scan, type (LSM). In Sulaimani, they supplied the Directorate of Health with medical and laboratory equipment valued at about one million dollars. It also supplied the Center of Infertility with equipment worth half a million dollars and trained their staff.
