| Cooperation Agreement signed with Aleppo University |

The University of Dohuk signed a mutual cooperation agreement with the University of Aleppo following a visit to Syria by a delegation from the University of Dohuk. The mission was headed by Dr. Asmat who was accompanied by Dr. Sleem Hassan Haji, Vice-President for Administrative Affairs and Dr. Lazgeen Abdi Jameel, Dean of the College of Education.
The Agreement, which was signed by Dr Asmat for the University of Dohuk, and by Dr. Nazar Aqeel for the University of Aleppo, included a number of scientific aspects, and foresees cultural exchanges between the two universities that would contribute to scientific development, and the setting-up of scholarships and student summer training programs. |
